Terms and conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to the gajastreehouse.eu online shop, user rights, and the business relationship between the Provider and the Buyer. By making any transaction on this website, the Buyer agrees that he is familiar with the general terms and conditions and has consented to them without reservation.
The general terms and conditions of the gajastreehouse.eu online shop have been prepared in line with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-OCT2), based on recommendations of the Slovenian Chamber of Commerce and the international policy for e-commerce. The Buyer is any person that places an order and receives confirmation of the order from the Provider. The Provider is committed to continually safeguarding Users’ personal information. The Provider shall use personal information solely to fill orders (send information, offers, and invoices) and for necessary communication. User information shall not be given to unauthorized persons under any circumstances.
shopping platform & payment options
An order can be placed as a registered user or as a guest. You select by click items that you want to add to your shopping cart. When you click the CART icon or My cart, you can remove selected products and then proceed to CHECKOUT. Next you have to add your address (if you do not have already an account created). At any stage, you can return to previous stages or you can cancel the order.
The history and order status can be monitored at any time for registered costumers under “My Account”. After placing your order, you receive an email with your order details. You can always check the status and content of your order under the tab “My account” on our website. The Provider is not responsible for problems with delivery if you provide wrong information.
Online shop gajastreehouse.eu is run on WordPress WooCommerce. Customer can pay with credit card via Revolut or with credit card via PayPal money-transfer system (PayPal). Payment is done by filling your credit card information or by redirection to Paypal, no financial data is put on gajastreehouse.eu site.
prices & billing
All prices on the gajastreehouse.eu online shop are stated in Euros (€) and the shipping delivery is not included.
Gaja’s tree house is run by GEŠESTKA, Gaja Madžarevič s.p. On the basis of the first paragraph of Article 94 of the Slovenian Value Added Tax Act (ZDDV-1), the VAT is not charged., therefore no tax is specified on receipt. Receipt will be included in your parcel.
At this moment shipping is available to 27 European Union countries, United States, Canada and United Kingdom. If your come from some other country and would like to receive a delivery, contact me and I will try to find a solution. Slovenian Post is used for shipping (http://sledenje.posta.si/). Shipping in Slovenia is 5€ for bigger items and 2€ for smaller ones, for other countries it depends on the total weight of the order. Shipping cost is calculated in checkout. When shipping to non EU countries, customs may apply and are subject of buyer.
The buyer has the right to resign from the contract with gajastreehouse.eu in writing within 14 days after delivery of goods, namely on e-mail email@example.com.
Buyer has to send by regular/registered post returned items, together with return form and a copy of the original bill, to the following address:

Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, unchanged and in the original packaging. Buyer covers the return shipping costs.
After the receipt of returned goods, GEŠESTKA, Gaja Madžarevič s.p. (in 5 business days) refunds purchase amount, reduced by the initial shipping costs.
complaints and disputes
The service provider adheres to the applicable laws on consumer protection. Complaints, comments, claims and statements can be emailed by users to firstname.lastname@example.org or by regular post to GEŠESTKA, Gaja Madžarevič s.p., Goričice 42, 1384 Grahovo, Slovenia, Europe.
The service provider will confirm receipt of the complaint within five business days at the latest, notify the customer of how long it will take to process the complaint, and keep the customer continuously informed about the course of the complaint procedure. The service provider will strive to the best of its ability to ensure that all disputes are resolved amicably.
